EEex_IsActorTooltipDisabled

EEex_IsActorTooltipDisabled()

If EEex_IsActorTooltipDisabled is implemented, and it returns true, the engine will not display the tooltip as it was attempting, otherwise it will.

Returns true or false, depending on the implementation of the function.
